Description
Job Summary
Leads and supports small to medium complexity projects by applying project management principles to ensure successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget. Assists program and project managers in coordinating activities, managing resources, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation. Ensures compliance with organizational and government requirements while supporting mission-critical operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Leads smaller projects and supports larger program activities
Assists project/program managers with daily project operations
Develops, reviews, and maintains project documentation
Establishes and monitors project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Tracks project performance, risks, and progress against objectives
Provides status updates through reports and project reviews
Maintains project records, lessons learned, and archived data
Administers project tracking tools and scheduling systems
Coordinates with team members to integrate timelines and resources
Performs scheduling analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Supports project planning using tools such as scheduling systems and tracking software
Ensures compliance with company and government procedures
Performs additional project-related tasks as required
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in project management or technically related roles
Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Ability to manage schedules, risks, and deliverables
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with project tracking and scheduling tools
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
