GoSourceMD is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, medical billing, coding, claims processing, denial management, and accounts receivable.

As an RCM professional at GoSourceMD, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare providers in improving their financial performance, reducing claim denials, accelerating reimbursements, and maintaining accurate billing operations. You will work closely with healthcare clients and internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant revenue cycle processes.

Requirements

Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, medical coding, or healthcare operations.
Knowledge of insurance claims and payer processes.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with healthcare billing software and RCM technologies is an advantage.
