Description

The Anaheim Housing Authority (AHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide informal hearing services for its rental assistance programs, including the HUD’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and special-purpose voucher programs. The initial agreement is anticipated to serve a two-year term, with an option to extend it to two additional two-year terms, based on performance and operational needs.

Final proposals are due by Friday, May 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PST.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include at least three (3) years of relevant experience as an attorney, law clerk, judge, arbitrator, or administrative law judge. Demonstrated knowledge of the HCV program is required. The Consultant must also have experience with disability-related reasonable accommodation procedures and have strong written communication skills. Experience with foreign-language interpreters and with serving diverse populations is required.
