Experience: 3 years of experience in Learning & development, facilitation, learning program design and management, or related. Requires skills and experience to involve: Strong foundation in Learning or Organizational Development project management. Demonstrated experience in statistics, data analysis, or workforce planning. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles. Demonstrated experience facilitating virtual training platforms and managing digital project workflows. Proficient in Project Management software, Learning Management Systems, and data analysis tools.
Job duties: The Senior Program Manager, People & Culture Development position will develop, plan, manage, and facilitate a diverse offering of work-related education and skills training programs that support, enable, and up-level the people and culture at Aurora. Analyze organizational training needs and evaluate training effectiveness. Responsible for meeting business objectives and supporting Aurora’s ability to deliver autonomous vehicle technology through strategic alignment and organizational development. Manage end-to-end learning and culture programs and projects to successful execution through project planning, monitoring, communicating, risk identification, and providing support required for the programs/projects. Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Actively lead team and broader learning and culture initiatives from design through delivery. Actively develop processes to effectively identify learning needs, and support identification, recommendation, prioritization, and implementation of solutions while managing stakeholder/client expectations. Comprehensively lead the design of data collection tools and analysis of resulting program data to present key findings to inform recommendations and decisions. Effectively build and manage strong internal and external partnerships to support design, testing, and delivery of learning and culture initiatives.
