Job summary:
AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Corporate Business Services Department, interns will gain insight into strategic sourcing, supply chain, and supplier management best practices, with exposure to travel and office services support.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the SVP and Manager, Business Services, in AEG's Corporate Business Services department, which supports all U.S. entities across strategic sourcing and supply chain, travel, office services, and supplier management.
- Assist with strategic sourcing initiatives, including market research, data gathering, and vendor comparisons.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders across IT, Presents, and AEG Sports teams to collect requirements and coordinate purchasing needs.
- Assist with office services and vendor coordination (e.g., supplies, service requests, and light facilities-related follow-ups) to support day-to-day business operations.
- Help maintain supplier information and supporting documentation (e.g., quotes, contracts, service level details) in shared files and trackers.
- Maintain and update department trackers and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Passion for sports and live entertainment
- Exceptional customer service
- Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word etc...)

Pay Scale: $19.00-$21.00
Location: Los Angeles (On-Site)
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
Benefits: Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.
