Description
We’re searching for high-quality and experienced Speech Pathologists ready to deliver virtual care consultations from anywhere in Australia. This isn’t just about flexible work hours or a cool tech platform, it’s about doing the job you trained to do and make a real impact.
In this role you will:
- Conduct telehealth Speech Pathology consultations with patients ranging from city centres like Brisbane to remote outback regions like Broome
- Leverage our integrated technology tools and robust clinical governance framework – something I’ve often discussed in my talks on how quality and safety go hand in hand with accessibility
- Collaborate with our dedicated tech and support teams to ensure every patient feels truly cared for
- Uphold our mission “no patient left behind” by continuously ensuring that care is not compromised even in the most challenging environments
There's a reason why we were awarded the Best Place to Work by the AFR:
- Flexibility: There’s no set hours each day or week – you can work whenever you like, wherever you like on whatever device you have and choose which patients or areas of speciality
- The team: We hire the best and brightest people and give you the autonomy to be innovative
Psychological safety: You'll feel safe to share your ideas and feedback openly to all areas of the business - Updocversity: Within our people function we have Updocversity where we operate as an educational institution where you can pick up new skills through structured programs
- Diversity: 75% percent of the team are culturally and linguistically diverse
- Meaningful impact: Join a team that’s set up to reduce wait times drastically – in some cases from weeks to under an hour – and ensure every patient gets timely care
- Support: Enjoy dedicated platform training, and on-demand technical assistance via email chat and phone
