- This Is Why You Became a Specialist
Description
We’re looking for someone who is bothered by the phrase, “That’s how it’s always been done.”
If you’re ready to step away from corporate constraints, leave behind the burden of business management, stop fighting for adequate nursing support, and practice medicine without running on empty, this may be the right fit.
We’ve invested in something different.
A purpose-built outpatient referral center
Where advanced human-grade imaging—including PET/CT and CT—isn’t a marketing feature; it’s part of how we answer difficult clinical questions. A place where exceptional medicine is delivered in an environment intentionally designed to feel approachable, calm, refined, and client-centered—where patients are handled with care that minimizes stress, clients feel genuinely supported, and the experience reflects the same uncompromising quality as the medicine itself.
Just as importantly, this is a place where education and continual learning are foundational to the culture. We believe great medicine requires constant curiosity—an environment where clinicians are encouraged to ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and stay engaged with the evolving evidence that shapes our field.
This Position Is Probably Right for You If…
You want better diagnostic answers.
You value access to advanced imaging that isn’t available in most practices.
You are committed to continual learning and staying intellectually engaged with your field.
You want to practice high-level medicine in a daytime outpatient setting—no nights, no weekends.
You care about getting the diagnosis right and experiencing the moment when a patient improves because of it.
You’re looking for a place where you can build a long-term professional home, not just take your next job.
We’re looking for an exceptional veterinarian—someone who is naturally curious, intellectually restless, and energized by complex medicine.
Areas of Specialty or Emphasis
Any one more of the following:
Medical Oncology
Surgical Oncology
Interventional Radiology
Minimally Invasive Surgery
Internal Medicine
Endoscopy
What You’ll Find Here
A production-based W-2 position with substantial earning potential (ProSal model: 30% of production).
A $4,000 annual CE including travel stipend. Can be rolled over for one year.
A minimum commitment of 2 days per week.
Advanced imaging and infrastructure unlike anything available in any other veterinary clinic in the country outside of universities.
The freedom to exercise independent medical judgment.
A culture that prioritizes education, case discussion, and continual professional growth.
Colleagues who value thoughtful discussion over hierarchy.
An outpatient model built around high-touch patient care and meaningful relationships with referring veterinarians.
An environment designed for longevity—where you can grow, contribute, and build a lasting career.
A Word About Fit
This practice is intentionally different.
We’ve assumed the risk of building the hospital, investing in the technology, and creating the platform. We’re looking for specialists who want to practice outstanding medicine in an environment designed to support it—and who are interested in building a long-term home where their work, growth, and ideas matter.
If your goal is simply finding your next job, there are many excellent opportunities available.
If your goal is to practice medicine with exceptional colleagues, continually expand your knowledge, and work within a uniquely powerful imaging environment—while building a career you can see yourself growing into for years—we’d love to have a conversation.
If you’ve ever thought, “Veterinary medicine could be so much better if someone was willing to rethink it,” we’d like to meet you.
Because that’s exactly what we’re doing.

Requirements
This Position Is Probably Right for You If…
You have ever looked at a difficult case and thought, “There has to be a better way to answer this question.”
You read veterinary journals because you’re genuinely curious—not because CE requires it.
You are energized by complex medicine rather than discouraged by it.
You enjoy collaborating with other exceptional clinicians and believe the best decisions come from thoughtful discussion.
You can say, “I don’t know,” without feeling threatened—and then do whatever it takes to find the answer.
You believe technology should improve clinical judgment, not replace it.
You care more about finding the right diagnosis than proving you were right.
You would rather help create the future of veterinary medicine than spend your career repeating its past.
You are comfortable stepping into an environment where not every protocol has been written yet—and where your ideas will help write them.
Credentials
We expect applicants to possess the education, training, and clinical experience necessary to practice at an exceptional level. Board certification or board eligibility in oncology is preferred and valued, but we are ultimately looking for remarkable clinicians in any relevant specialty—not specific résumés.
