Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands, part of Veterinary Innovative Partners (VIP), is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Internal Medicine Specialist to join our exceptional emergency and specialty team.
This is an incredible opportunity to build and grow an Internal Medicine service within a highly respected, state-of-the-art hospital serving Southern California’s Inland Empire. Our modern facility is designed to support efficient, high-level medicine with advanced diagnostics, dedicated treatment areas, and an experienced ER team that values partnership and communication. Requirements
Qualifications-
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary institution
Board-Certified (DACVIM) or Residency-Trained in Small Animal Internal Medicine
Eligible for or able to obtain a California veterinary license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative approach to patient care and team culture
Passion for high-quality, compassionate medicine
Key Responsibilities-
Diagnose and manage complex internal medicine cases
Perform and interpret advanced diagnostic procedures
Develop individualized treatment plans and guide clients through case management with empathy and clarity
Partner closely with emergency clinicians and referring veterinarians to ensure continuity of care
Support and mentor clinical team members within a collaborative hospital environment
