Venture Capital Analyst - Fintech

A global venture investment firm focused on fintech and climate innovation is hiring a Venture Capital Analyst to support sourcing, diligence, and portfolio workflow. The role offers early responsibility, high deal volume, and strong exposure to founders and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Source early‑stage startups by attending industry events and building relationships with founders and investors.
• Track deal flow and maintain organized, up‑to‑date insights on companies and market trends.
• Support investment analysis through financial modeling, market sizing, competitive research, and evaluation of business assumptions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with fintech or tech ecosystems.
• Highly organized, independent, detail‑oriented, and intellectually curious.
• Creative thinker with high integrity and strong work ethic.
• Have ties to or currently live in LA/surrounding area,
