Veterinary Cardiologist Opportunity at Los Angeles Animal Specialty Emergency and Rehabilitation (LAASER) 


Los Angeles Animal Specialty Emergency & Rehabilitation (LAASER) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Cardiologist to join our multidisciplinary specialty team. Our Cardiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and managing cardiac diseases in small animals, providing advanced imaging and interventional procedures, and collaborating with our emergency and specialty departments to offer comprehensive patient care. This role involves performing echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, cardiac catheterization, and other diagnostic tests, as well as formulating tailored treatment plans for patients with congenital and acquired heart conditions. Additionally, the Cardiologist will communicate with pet owners and referring veterinarians to ensure seamless continuity of care while maintaining accurate and thorough medical records.

What We Are Looking For:

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Board certification or Board-Eligible in veterinary cardiology
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Strong clinical skills and confidence in performing advanced cardiology procedures
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work within a multi-specialty environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuing education
